Since Eowyn was taken, I use Blueeowyn for my ID. I am based in the DC area (Maryland to be specific). I participate in Theatre (community), dance (Very Early English Country and previously humor stuff), Viking Longship (Come Have a Row With Us ... not currently active). I also have 2 horses. One was ridden by Xpioti (who blogged about it) until she got a cripling injury. I owned her mother for many years (her obit is in my blog). The other is a lovely Percheron-Morgan cross mare I bought in 2015 and I hope to blog about her more. I like to: ride roller-coasters (I prefer no horsecollars and no massive headaches), play simple strategy games (18xx, Titan, Settlers of Catan, and Dominion), read, and watch some TV shows). I work in an office with wonderful people. I also collect model horses and enjoy the art of the carousel.

I have been trying to not give out real names in my LJ when I think it will cause problems, however, I have no problem with using their LJ names and sometimes real names will crop up. It can be confusing since at least one person thought a friend was my spouse (wrong gender).

I also tend to post things for multiple reasons. If you are reading my journal and think that I am talking JUST about you (or because of you), you are probably wrong (my world doesn't rotate around others with the possible exception of my DH). If you aren't sure, email me (username @ livejournal.com works) and we can talk.

For the safety of myself and those that I love, most of my posts are locked when first written, many become public later when I do the year reports. If you see something on my LJ, please don't blather about it all over the world. I WILL drop you from my list if I think you have compromised my trust. I do play with the dragoncave site and have my scroll here. I'm also on facebook to play Farmville and Bejewlled.
